Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in sessions, services, memberships, passes, products, and Body Roll device therapy provided by BEFITBOD Pty Ltd ACN 686 840 862, trading as Be Fit Body (“Be Fit Body”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking, purchasing, or attending any Be Fit Body session or service, you (“Client”, “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. General Terms
Be Fit Body aims to deliver sessions and services as advertised; however, session schedules, instructors, session formats, and availability may change at any time without notice. All services are provided at Be Fit Body premises unless otherwise stated. To the extent permitted by law, Be Fit Body is not responsible for refunds, transfers, or compensation if a session is missed, changed, cancelled, rescheduled, or fully booked for any reason. All passes, memberships, offers, and services are non-transferable and may not be shared.
2. Eligibility & Registration
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to participate in studio sessions. Clients aged 16–17 may participate but must attend their first session with a parent or legal guardian and provide written parental or guardian consent before attending independently. All clients are required to complete induction forms and liability waivers before participating in any session. Be Fit Body reserves the right to refuse participation if required documentation is incomplete or if participation cannot be safely accommodated.
3. Health, Pregnancy & Injury
General Health:
Participation in studio sessions and Body Roll device therapy involves physical activity and inherent risks. You participate entirely at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to participate. If you have any medical condition, injury, or health concern, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to attending.
Body Roll Device Therapy:
Body Roll device therapy is a form of assisted movement and recovery support and is not medical treatment or rehabilitation. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Participation is voluntary and subject to instructor discretion.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Body Roll sessions are not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or in the early stages of breastfeeding. Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding must obtain written medical clearance from a GP or obstetrician before attending any session. Existing members who become pregnant must notify Be Fit Body immediately and provide written clearance before attending further sessions. Participation is subject to instructor discretion to ensure safety for both the client and others. Clients must sign a written acknowledgment confirming they have obtained medical clearance, understand the risks involved, and accept personal responsibility while participating.
Injury & Medical Conditions:
Be Fit Body is not a rehabilitation or replacement-exercise studio. Clients recovering from surgery, managing injury, or experiencing pain must inform the studio prior to attending. While instructors may offer minor modifications, clients remain responsible for listening to their body and opting out of movements that feel unsafe. Participation may be declined if a condition requires specialised programming beyond what can be safely offered in a group setting.
4. Payments, Pricing, Memberships, Introductory Offers & Session Packs
All prices quoted for goods and services include GST unless otherwise specified. Be Fit Body may, from time to time and at its absolute discretion, vary its prices based on, among other things, any change in the cost of providing these goods and services to you, by providing prior written notice. Any changes to prices will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Except where required by Australian Consumer Law, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds are provided for change of mind, missed sessions, injury, illness, pregnancy, relocation, scheduling conflicts, or any other personal circumstances.
Introductory Offers
Introductory offers expire as stated on the website. Expiry is calculated from the date of first booking, not the date of purchase. Unused sessions are not refundable, transferable, extendable, or suspendable. Introductory offers are available to new clients only and can be purchased once.
Single Sessions
Single sessions expire from the date of first booking and are valid only for the period stated on the website.
Session Packs / Private 1:1 Sessions
Session packs and private 1:1 sessions expire as stated on the website, with expiry calculated from the date of first booking, not the date of purchase. Unused sessions are not refundable, transferable, extendable, or suspendable.
Weekly & Monthly Memberships
Memberships will be directly debited weekly or monthly according to your membership plan. To cancel your membership, provide fourteen (14) days’ written notice via email to hello@befitbody.com.au. Memberships have a minimum contract term of 3 or 6 months. Early termination requires payment of the remaining balance in full. Memberships will continue automatically beyond the minimum term unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms. Memberships may be suspended for up to four (4) weeks per calendar year with a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ notice. Suspension time does not roll over to the following year, and unused suspension entitlement is forfeited at year-end. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
Body Roll x Chiro Session Packs
Body Roll and chiropractic session packs expire from the date of first booking and are valid only for the period stated on the website. Unused sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-extendable, and cannot be suspended. Body Roll sessions are booked via the Be Fit Body website or app (coming soon), while chiropractic sessions are booked via the Be Fit Chiro website.
5. Session Booking, No-Show, and Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability via the Be Fit Body website booking platform, the Mindbody online site, Mindbody mobile app, or the Be Fit Body app (coming soon). Payment is required at the time of booking. You can book if you have an active membership, session package, introductory offer, or make a one-time payment.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 8 hours before the session using the booking platform; phone, email, or other methods are not accepted. First-time late cancellations or no-shows are waived as a courtesy. Subsequent late cancellations (less than 8 hours) incur a $10 fee, and no-shows incur a $15 fee, with the session lost. Early cancellations made more than 8 hours ahead incur no fee, and the session may be used later. Repeated no-shows may result in limits on future bookings.
6. Waitlist Management
If a session is fully booked, clients are encouraged to join the waitlist. Spots may become available with as little as one hour’s notice. Notification will be sent via email or text, and you must respond to accept or decline the session. Treat a waitlisted session as booked; the 8-hour cancellation window applies automatically. Replying ‘N’ within 8 hours incurs a late cancel fee of $10, while not responding, or accepting but not attending, incurs a no-show fee of $15. If you cannot attend, remove yourself from the waitlist immediately to avoid penalties.
7. Session Start & End on Time
Clients must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their session. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be refused entry and cannot join after the first 15 minutes of the session. Cancellations must be made via the booking platform; phone or email cancellations are not accepted.
8. Gift Cards
Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase and may be redeemed for any Be Fit Body session or service. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in vouchers being forfeited or used to cover fees.
9. Use of Products
By purchasing any product from Be Fit Body, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with all provided instructions and guidelines. Any use outside these instructions is at your own risk. Be Fit Body accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage arising from improper use. Customers must review ingredients to avoid allergic reactions.
10. Studio Etiquette & Requirements
Mobile phones and wearable devices must be switched to silent or Do Not Disturb and stored away during sessions unless prior approval is given by the instructor. Grip socks are recommended for hygiene and safety and are available for purchase at the studio.
11. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Be Fit Body is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
12. Photography, Videography & Content Use
Be Fit Body may photograph or film sessions for operational, educational, or promotional purposes. Clients who do not wish to appear must notify staff in writing prior to their session. Clients may take photos or videos only with staff approval and in a way that respects the privacy of others.
13. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks, including injury. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Be Fit Body, its directors, instructors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from your participation, except where caused by Be Fit Body’s failure to comply with applicable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
14. Changes to Schedule & Policies
Be Fit Body reserves the right to modify session schedules, instructors, pricing, and policies at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or in-studio communication where practical.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

By enrolling in and participating in Body Roll device therapy or any Be Fit Body session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, had the opportunity to ask questions and seek independent advice, and agree to abide by them voluntarily and without any duress. Failure to comply may result in termination of participation.
