- Group sessions: 45 minutes

8. Can I do Body Roll after cosmetic injectables?
Yes, but you must wait at least 48 hours after cosmetic injections. Always follow your practitioner’s advice.

Yes. The maximum safe user weight is 120kg.
12. Is itching during a session normal?
Yes. Mild itching is common and indicates that the lymphatic system is being activated. This is completely normal.
